Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Religious Education, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the national curriculum and promote critical thinking.
• Employ strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their educational development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• In-depth knowledge and passion for Religious Education, with the ability to inspire students.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds.
