Job Title: Science Teacher (Biology and Chemistry Specialist)
Location: South Birmingham
Salary: £120 - £ 230 per day. Dependent on experience.
Contract Type: 5 Days a Week, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Long-term contract

The Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team to support them. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their best. You will be expected to:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Biology or Chemistry.
- Experience teaching science at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
