Winner Education are recruiting for class teachers to work in various primary and secondary schools across the Birmingham area. We are seeking teachers who are open to day to day, short-term and long-term placements. You must be readily available due to the urgency to fill these positions. ECT’s are also welcome to apply.

The successful primary and secondary school supply teacher must:
- Have previous experience working with primary and secondary school aged children
- Hold a QTS qualification
- Have previous experience of full class responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
- Be comfortable in delivering lessons to full class sizes
- Show willing to go ‘above and beyond’
- Be a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environment
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
