If you are a Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping young people to overcome barriers to education, build self-esteem and find enjoyment in the classroom, look no further!As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis within a small Key Stage 3 or 4 class, each class has an experienced SEMH Teacher and a whole class Teaching Assistant, alongside 1-2-1 Behaviour Mentors. Behaviour is challenging, and this role requires a calm, patient and empathetic person with good de-escalation and communication skills.
