We are working alongside a brilliant Primary School in Ladywood who are actively seeking to expand their team and take on a Creative Graduate - Classroom Assistant. The school is recognised throughout the borough for its holistic, whole-child-focused approach to learning, encouraging pupils to learn through alternate outlets.
The school is looking for an individual to come in with a fresh outlook on learning, utilizing their creative capabilities to encourage pupils to learn through outlets such as Music, Dance, Art and Sports.
The headteacher is a firm believer in continuous development, providing the opportunity to go on teacher training in September 2025!

Job Description -
- Creative Graduates - Classroom Assistant
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- Holding 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic and social performance
- Working alongside SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, S&L etc)
- ASAP Start
- £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
- Long-term contract - Full Time
- Located within the borough of Ladywood

Ideal Applicant -
- Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree in a creative course (Music, Art etc)
- Creative individual with a hardworking personality
- Previous experience working with SEN is desirable (SP&L, ASD, ADHD etc)
- Can work well within a team
- Confident and enthusiastic individual
