Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a 2-form entry primary school based in Selly Oak, Birmingham. The school are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team working in KS1.
This is a general support role; the main responsibilities include:
- Classroom and lesson preparation
- Supporting students across all subject areas
- Supporting behaviour management
- Supporting children with additional needs
- Safeguarding
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Up to date safeguarding training (Can be provided where required)
- Experience of supporting learners in UK school settings
- Enhanced child workforce DBS (Can be provided where required)
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
