We are seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Full time (8:30-3:30)

The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with children, facilitating inclusion and leading classes during PPA.

The Higher Level Teacher Assistant role:

  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in children and interacts with them professionally.

  • Shows a strong passion for addressing the needs of all children, including those with additional needs and SEN.

  • Capable of leading the class during PPA and managing cover situations effectively.

  • Supports the class teacher in fostering active participation from children in both academic and social school activities.

  • Committed to enhancing achievement standards for all pupils.

  • Eager to engage fully with school life, including parents and the wider community.
