We are seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Full time (8:30-3:30)
The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with children, facilitating inclusion and leading classes during PPA.

The Higher Level Teacher Assistant role:

Demonstrates a genuine interest in children and interacts with them professionally.

Shows a strong passion for addressing the needs of all children, including those with additional needs and SEN.

Capable of leading the class during PPA and managing cover situations effectively.

Supports the class teacher in fostering active participation from children in both academic and social school activities.

Committed to enhancing achievement standards for all pupils.

Eager to engage fully with school life, including parents and the wider community.
