Governance Manager/Deputy Company Secretary role available for a nationally recognised organisation where you will be involved in an exciting, technical challenging role.
Have you worked on a major infrastructure projects previously or have you worked in the public sector in a similar role?
This organisation is at the heart of the British transport network and are considered as a huge part within the UK's expansion plans. as the company continue to grow they are looking to bring on a Governance Manager/Deputy Company Secretary to support the organisation with their corporate governance, and present reports to the board and senior members within the organisation.
The company itself are the UK's biggest rail network and employ circa 2000 staff. It's a fantastic an opportunity to work for an exciting organisation where you will be working on an exciting project, in turn you will receive training, development, and a generous benefits package.
The ideal candidate will need to have or are working towards a CGI, ICSA or masters degree in corporate governance.
The Role:
- Corporate governance
- £65,000 - £81,780 + Development + Training + Excellent Benefits
- Hybrid role (2 days from either site or office and 3 days WFH)
The Person:
- Ability to communicate at a stake holder level
- Worked on large infrastructure projects or public sector experience
- Must have or working towards a CGI, ICSA or masters degree in corporate governance qualification.
