Are you a Regional FM looking to step up? Or maybe your national delivery role has gotten a bit mundane?
In your new National Soft Services Manager role you'll be working on a mixed PFI portfolio, mostly healthcare and education, supplying cleaning, catering and portering teams. Your sites are mainly based around the Midlands, North East and South East so an element of travel is going to be involved.
PFI isn't for everyone and owing to the nature of those contracts you will be taking the lead on the commercial approach to service delivery, not just performance.

Contract or commercial management of these would be a bonus.
This company isn't the biggest player in the TFM market but they punch above their weight in term of the contracts they win. That's down to the quality of service they provide and teams employed on the contract, which means there will be lots of opportunity for you to upskill and continue progressing with them.
