Regional service engineer required for our client who is a leading supplier of commercial lifting solutions in the retail, manufacturing and distribution industry. This role requires an experienced engineer to service and repair the client's range of lifting equipment including scissor loading bay equipment and goods lifts. This mobile role covers the midlands and London with some UK travel required sometimes, it comes with a competitive salary package with door to door pay and a company vehicle. There is a 24 hour on call rota which is 1 week out of 4 weeks and also routes to progression within the role for the right candidate. The reason for this role arising is the growth of the company with big plans to double in size in the next year.

This role requires a manual driving licence.

Regional Service Engineer Salary & Benefits

  • £28,000-£32,000 salary dependant on experience
  • Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 with travel paid for outside these hours
  • 28 days holiday inclusive on bank holidays
  • On call rota (24 hours 1 week in 4)

Regional Service Engineer Job Requirements

  • Experience or qualifications in a similar role essential
  • Strong experience in a field-based role installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems and standard equipment
  • Strong I.T skills with understanding of drawings and specifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to cover the midlands, London with UK coverage required
  • Good customer service skills with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Able to work well alone or as a team
