A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading company and leading company within the commercial laundry sector. They are looking for an ambitious and dedicated service manager to come on board.

You will play a crucial part within the business managing a patch, you will be responsible for engineers and customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Direct manager for team of field service engineers
* Regular contact and visits to customers in area
* Account management skills and building relationships
* Responsible for engineers workload and managing their performance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Service management, controller or team leader experience
* The ability to plan and organise the engineers
* Excellent customer service skills and relationship building skills
* Commercial mindset

Benefits Package:

* 45,000 - 50,000 basic salary
* Annual bonus
* Monday - Friday role
