Technical Field Manager / Field Service Manager required for our Client, a leader in the energy, power generation, industrial equipment and manufacturing sector. They specialise in advanced turbomachinery and energy solutions offering cutting-edge turbines, compressors, and engineering services including maintenance and equipment repair.
The role is field based, with travel expected throughout UK to client sites. A hands on engineering background is anticipated, therefore a Senior Engineer / Service Supervisor looking to move off the tools would be considered but the salary range would be 45-60K.
Technical Field Manager / Service Manager Job Overview
The Technical Field Manager / Field Service Manager will be tasked
- Overseeing and managing works for installation, service, maintenance, testing, dismantling, inspection, and re-assembly projects for turbos, turbines and compressors.
- Managing all onsite and field engineers.
- Acting as a Technical lead with clients, and supporting the project and sales team demonstrating expert advice on steam turbines, turbo services and centrifugal compressors.
Technical Field Manager / Service Manager Job Requirements
- Hands on technical background with turbo machinery, steam turbines and centrifugal compressors.
- Experience managing fields operations and service engineering teams.
Technical Field Manager Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary of 60,000 - 80,000
