BY WLM Consultant

Contract Opportunity: BlueYonder WLM Consultant (WMS - Discrete)
Rate: 550-600 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3 months
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site in the West Midlands/Worcestershire, remainder remote
Start: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced BlueYonder WLM Consultant to support a client with a review and optimisation of their Warehouse Labour Management system within a BY WMS (Discrete) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client's BY WMS (Discrete) team and Resource Planner

• Conduct a full review of the current WLM configuration

• Advise on the capabilities and limitations of BlueYonder WLM

• Provide expert technical guidance to ensure optimal system setup

• Assess the skills of in-house WLM staff and recommend training where necessary

• Review and enhance the KPI reporting suite to enable full operational WLM KPI management

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of BlueYonder WLM at both technical and strategic levels

• Proven experience in system assessments and optimisation

• Confident in stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer
