Your new roleWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Destination Hosts at the Bullring Shopping Centre. As the first point of contact for vendors, occupiers, and shoppers, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring smooth operations within the centre.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors, occupiers, and shoppers.
- Interact with various teams, staff, customers, cleaners, and security personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with events and activities within the shopping centre.
- Manage front-of-house (FOH) facilities and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Work closely with a team of four, with two positions already filled.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in front-of-house, receptionist, or customer service roles.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and willing to go above and beyond to assist others.
- Ability to adapt to rotation changes (days and hours to be determined).
