We are seeking an experienced Car Dealership Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at my clients dynamic used car dealership. This role is pivotal in managing our sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving our business towards increased sales and profitability.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate effectively with the service department to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service delivery.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales volume and profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet sales demands without overstocking.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability of dealership operations.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures that promote efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adjust strategies and operations accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
