Deputy Manager of Care

The Bridge Group Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who is a leading Healthcare provider.

They are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join the leadership team at one of our well-established sites. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service. As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager by taking responsibility for key areas of service provision and, in their absence, managing the overall service. This includes providing, managing, and coordinating support for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budget management, the ability to manage staff rotas, and experience leading a team. You should also be comfortable meeting with both internal and external stakeholders as needed.

The role will be hands on and a few days officed based.
