Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Oversee all retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and health & safety compliance.
Train, develop, and empower your team to drive high performance and career growth.
Ensure high standards of retail presentation and store layout, making sure everything is aligned with company standards.
Manage store performance, including reporting on sales, stock levels, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Work effectively under pressure during peak trading times, ensuring the store operates smoothly and customer expectations are exceeded.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail setting, preferably with a background in fast-paced or discount retail environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate staff.
A proactive approach, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Comfortable working under pressure in a busy retail environment and able to adapt quickly to changing demands.
