Position: Full-Time BSL Teacher (5 Days a Week)
Pay: M1 - M6 Pay Scale

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic British Sign Language (BSL) Teacher to join the Aspire People team for a delightful SEN school in B17.

As a full-time member of staff, you will be responsible for teaching children aged 3- 11 with visual and hearing impairments across various year groups and ensuring that all students have access to effective communication and learning. You will be covering PPA across all years.

Responsibilities:
* Teach British Sign Language to students at varying levels of ability
* Develop and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Support students' development of both language and communication skills
* Work closely with other teaching staff to promote inclusion
* Assess student progress and provide feedback
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in British Sign Language teaching
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for supporting students and promoting inclusivity
* Ability to work as part of a team
* DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
