Role: Children's Casual Support Worker
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Temp/Perm
Qualifications: Level 3 in Children and Young people - MUST

My client is a dedicated to empowering young people supporting them with the support they need to thrive. We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Casual Young People Support Workers.

As a Casual Young People Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young individuals in their personal development.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Building positive relationships with young people to encourage engagement and participation.

-Providing guidance and support in various activities, both in groups and one-on-one.

-Assisting with educational and recreational programs to promote skills development.

-Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

-Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality support.

What We're Looking For:

-Passion for working with young people and a commitment to their well-being.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
