Role OverviewAs a Temporary Support Worker, you will:
- Work directly with adults to support their educational and developmental activities.
- Promote independence, build relationships, and encourage positive behaviour.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
- Adapt to the needs of individuals, offering person-centred care and encouragement.
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate Individuals: Empathetic and patient with a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Reliable Team Players: Able to collaborate effectively with staff and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- Experience Preferred: Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential.
