Working Hours: 37 hours a week Monday- Friday

A new opportunity is available for an experienced Family Support Worker. The role involves supporting children and families through a variety of direct interventions, ensuring high-quality service and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a high standard of case recording, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date.

- Act as the lead professional for an allocated caseload of children and families, managing all aspects of casework.

- Attend case conferences, sharing relevant information with safeguarding colleagues and partners where appropriate.

- Consistently provide high-quality practice and customer care to children, young people, and their families.

- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

- Regularly review and assess the progress and needs of children and families, adapting interventions as necessary.

Requirements:

- Hold an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a related field.

- Educated to GCSE standard.

- Experience in delivering evidence-based interventions for children, young people, and families.

- Experience in completing comprehensive assessments of children's needs to inform effective intervention.
