JOB TITLE: INTERIM HOUSING CONSULTANT - 6 MONTH CONTRACT
LOCATION: FLEXIBLE - HYBRID ROLE
PAY RATE: NEGOTIABLE - 350-500 / DAY + BONUS
DURATION: 6 MONTH CONTRACT
PSR Solutions Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a dedicated provider of supported living and accommodation services, in their search for a skilled and experienced Interim Housing Consultant for a period of 6 months, with a strong background in Housing Associations, particularly in Supported Living or Supported Accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance whilst balancing commercial objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on Housing Association roles and responsibilities.
- Support operational and strategic decision-making within the organisation.
- Oversee the work programme for multiple complex supported living projects and related initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop housing strategies tailored to individuals with complex needs.
- Conduct comprehensive option appraisals and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Manage consultation processes, ensuring resident and stakeholder feedback is actively gathered and integrated into the programme.
Requirements:
- Experience working for or with a Housing Association in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of regulation compliance and commercial aspects of housing services.
- Ability to start immediately and contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment.
