Job Title: Housing Support Worker
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
" Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm
" No weekends required
" 28 Days Annual Leave
" Bank Holidays Off
Salary: 12.00 per hour
Location: Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
" Delivering individualised support plans to a caseload of low-risk service users
" Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
" Providing 1-1 in person and telephone support to service users within shared housing environments, addressing their specific needs
" Maintaining detailed support records and reporting to management
Essential Criteria:
" Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
" Enhanced DBS clearance
" NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Desirable)
" Experience in housing or homelessness support (Desirable)
" Knowledge of local support services (Desirable)
