An exciting opportunity has arisen to offer vital support to young people in a residential service in Birmingham. A variety of day and waking night shifts available.

We are looking for passionate, driven Residential Support Workers who can have a positive impact on young peoples`lives.

What the role involves:
- To ensure you always follow the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure
-To provide advice, assistance, and support the children and young people in your care
-To act as an appropriate role model to achieve their potential
-Supporting children/young people with challenging behaviour and adopting de-escalation techniques
-Ensuring each Child / Young Persons` care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs
