My client is a Private residential mental health and well-being clinics in beautiful countryside environments, seeks healthcare professionals to support our clients. clients are with us for short term psychological support, at their own request. All clients are here on a voluntary basis, we do not detain or restrain as clients we admit do not require this level of support. Clients we commonly support are admitted for addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, loss or burnout. All clients are over 18+.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care that meets and exceeds patient expectations

  • General domestic cleaning, tidying and other tasks as needed
  • Perform daily routine tasks, including provision of medication, stock checks and observations
  • Ensure that medical care is provided in accordance with the healthcare code of conduct
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff alike.
  • Good communication with clients offering emotional support.
  • Reporting to both the clinical and management team.
  • Good boundaries within the workplace.

Training provided

We provide training in the following areas to get you started;

  • Medication administration
  • Food Hygiene
  • Fire safety
  • Safe handling and moving
  • Boundaries within the workplace
  • Self-Harm awareness

Must be able to commute to both locations and have a valid driving license and able to drive clients to appointments and activities. We have company vehicles on site to accommodate this.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: 12.00 per hour

Expected hours: Day/Night, 12 hour shifts, 3 to 4 shifts per week on compressed hours

Shifts: 9am to 9pm, 9pm to 9am

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • DBS
