Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? This organisation is looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality care and leadership within a children's residential setting.
The Role:- Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development
- Leading and mentoring support staff to ensure best practices in care delivery
- Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
- Contributing to care plans and ensuring a safe, structured environment
- Engaging children in activities to promote their confidence and life skills
- Only 11 shifts per month!
- £13.00 per hour + £70 per sleep-in
- Annual salary of £28,320 - £31,680 (including sleep-ins)

- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
