Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? This organisation is looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality care and leadership within a children's residential setting.
The Role:
- Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development
- Leading and mentoring support staff to ensure best practices in care delivery
- Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
- Contributing to care plans and ensuring a safe, structured environment
- Engaging children in activities to promote their confidence and life skills

What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- At least one year of experience in a children's residential home (Essential)
- Flexibility to work different days, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting young people
