The Role:

  • Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development
  • Leading and mentoring support staff to ensure best practices in care delivery
  • Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
  • Contributing to care plans and ensuring a safe, structured environment
  • Engaging children in activities to promote their confidence and life skills
