About the Safeguarding Team:The Safeguarding Team works at the heart of child protection, ensuring that children and young people are protected from harm and their welfare is prioritized. As a Senior Social Worker, you will:

Handle complex child protection cases, developing tailored safeguarding plans.Conduct assessments to identify risks, strengths, and family dynamics.Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and legal professionals.Support children in care by implementing strategies that promote stability and well-being.Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
