Tripod Partners is looking to place a Permanent Supervising Social Worker in a well established, Independent Fostering Agency in the Birmingham Area.

Role Overview:

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be a key player in providing support and supervision to our network of foster carers. You will work closely with both the foster carers and children to ensure that placements are safe, supportive, and meet the highest standards of care.

Key Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification:

  • Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality support and care to foster carers and children.
