We are seeking a Housing Advisor Officer to join a well-established housing organization in the West Midlands.
This permanent role offers a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 for a 35-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
Candidates must have experience in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Safeguarding, or Housing management, along with a history of managing their own case-load.
The position involves assisting tenants with queries, managing inbound communications, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Applicants are required to have a basic DBS and Social Media check, and experience working with vulnerable customers is essential.

Assisting Tenant with any queries or reports they may have
Managing a complex case-load of Inbound calls and emails Ensuring tenants receive good customer service
Ensuring communication is thorough and a good level of service
Work towards daily goals and targets
Dealing with reports that will include ASB, Safeguarding and management

As a Housing Advisor Officer, you will have:

Experience in either ASB, Safeguarding or Housing management
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Experience within Safeguarding
Investigated ASB and Safeguarding related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers
Able to provide good levels of Customer Service
Work in a fast paced environment
Requires a basic DBS and Social Media check
