- Assisting Tenant with any queries or reports they may have
- Managing a complex case-load of Inbound calls and emails Ensuring tenants receive good customer service
- Ensuring communication is thorough and a good level of service
- Work towards daily goals and targets
- Dealing with reports that will include ASB, Safeguarding and management
- Experience in either ASB, Safeguarding or Housing management
- Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
- Experience within Safeguarding
- Investigated ASB and Safeguarding related issues
- Worked with vulnerable customers
- Able to provide good levels of Customer Service
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Requires a basic DBS and Social Media check
