- To support your own team
- Carry out end of month performance reports
- Assist with customer complaints
- Lead on the delivery and implementation of any new tenancy policy
- Develop a safe working structure for all services and staff members
- Liaise with different departments within the organisation
- Previous experience within income collection and managing a team is a must
- Have forward thinking to new ways of working
- Excellent leadership skills
