Service Care Solutions is seeking a CeMap Qualified Mortgage Advisor for a permanent role at an Independent Mortgage Practice in Birmingham.
The position offers a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000, with the potential for uncapped monthly bonuses leading to an OTE of £70,000 to £80,000 in the first year.
Candidates should have a proven mortgage sales record and ideally hold CAS status in addition to CeMAP or equivalent qualifications.
The role requires strong client relationship skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of motivation to succeed.
Service Care Solutions also provides a £250 referral bonus for successful placements of candidates.

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a Independent Mortgage Practice who are looking for a talented CeMap Qualififed mortgage advisor to join their developing team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.

Role: Mortgage Advisor.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000.
Location: Birmingham.
Working: On Site.

Role Overview:

You will need to hold CeMAP or equivalent, ideally CAS status also.
A proven mortgage sales record.
Ability to quickly develop strong client relationships.
Possess problem solving skills.
Highly motivated with a commitment to succeed.
Uncapped monthly bonuses leading to very high rewards with first year OTE £70/80,000+.
Leads will be supplied.
