Location: Birmingham - Hybrid Work PatternAbout the Role:Hay is currently recruiting a Project Support Officer for a local council, offering a competitive rate of £250 per day with a hybrid work pattern. This role is integral to the Family Hub programme, providing essential support to the Commissioning Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Family Hub Programme team, including the Programme Lead, Commissioning Manager, Communication Officer, and workstream Leads.
  • Define, develop, and deliver large-scale, complex projects with significant risk.
  • Utilise specialist knowledge and best practice service improvement tools and techniques.
  • Manage performance and project planning while fostering collaborative relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organised with a strong background in Family and Children services.
  • Familiar with the DFE/DHSC Family Hubs and Best Start for Life agenda.
  • Experienced in data input and reporting, as well as reviewing and analysing provider returns.
