NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is in search of a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a small agency and play a key role in their growth and development allowing for your work to really make a difference. You would have a caseload of around 4 foster carers and be involved in the assessment of new carers which gives you an opportunity to give a high standard of care and develop lasting relationships with your carers.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supervising a small caseload of around 4 carers in the Birmingham area
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
- Be a part of recruiting and assessing new foster carers and assist in the service's development
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- At least 2 years experience within a fostering service
- Up to date with current legislation
