NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supervising caseload of carers in the Birmingham area
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
- Support the foster carers and carry out assessments after each visit.
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- At least 1 year experience working in the fostering sector as a social worker
- Up to date with current legislation
