A leading Housing Developer is looking for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their West Midlands team. You will be managing projects across the West Midlands with the support of the Technical Manager. Offering progression and a tailored market leading training programme from day one.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate technical aspects of housing projects in the West Midlands
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager and all relevant departments to ensure project success
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
  • Attend project meetings and provide progress reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driving Licence
Education:
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction or related field
Experience:
  • Proven experience in technical coordination within the construction industry
  • Experience working on house building and residential projects
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be based in an office environment but may require site visits across the West Midlands. Some travel may be necessary for project meetings and inspections.
