Behaviour Mentor

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for two behaviour mentors to work within one of our alternative provisions alongside a team of dedicated and experienced staff to support students aged 11 to 16 with Social, emotional and mental health needs. The position is to start ASAP.

The school is a fun, caring and exciting place to work. Passionate about making a real difference to vulnerable childrens lives you will work alongside a devoted and passionate team.

If you are:

- Resilient

- Have an understanding of complex behaviours and needs

- Have experience working with students who have social, emotional and mental health needs and or challenging behaviour.
