What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you'll need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Current registration with Social Care England.Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures, child protection legislation, and family dynamics.Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
