A specialist refurbishment, maintenance, and social housing contractor is seeking a Divisional / General Manager for their West Midlands office.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in social housing and maintenance contractors, with preference given to those experienced in response maintenance.
Candidates must demonstrate a broad level of experience across commercial and operational activities within a workstream and team.
The position offers a competitive salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per year.
Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.

This specialist refurbishment, maintenance and social housing contractor is looking for a Divisional / General Manager to head up their response maintenance projects out of the West Midlands office.

You will need a strong background in social housing, and maintenance contractors - ideally response maintenance but not essential.

You will need a broad level of experience across Commerical & Operational activities of a workstream & team.
