An experienced Domiciliary Care Manager is required to lead, build and develop a Domiciliary Care Service in the West Midlands areas.

As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to customers. Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.

What we are looking for in a Domiciliary Care Manager:

  • SVQ Level 3/4 management qualification in Health & Social Care.
  • Ideally experienced in a UK nursing home/elderly care setting, although newly qualified RGNs will also be considered
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate nature and a passion for providing high quality care
  • Well organised and able to manage your own time and workload
