- Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Health and Social Care qualifications up to Level 5.
- Coach, observe and develop a team of IQA's - ensuring high quality performance to meet KPIs and improvement of QARs.
- Work in partnership with the Quality Manager and Head of Apprenticeships to review and improve policies, procedures and systems - ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
- Conduct standardisation sessions and training with Assessors, ensuring awarding organisation, EPA and company quality objectives and targets are achieved.
- Drive and promote continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
- To ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Contribute towards the Self-Assessment report.
- Must have recent experience of working as an IQA within Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Must hold occupational competency in Care Management.
- Recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
- Ideally hold own Level 5 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
- Must hold relevant occupational competency within Health and Social Care at Management level.
- Current working knowledge of quality improvement processes and Ofsted requirements.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
