Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and Engage: 
• Deliver exciting lessons in Health and Social Care topics such as Social Care Practices, Safeguarding, Medical Ethics, and Communication in Health and Social Care that spark curiosity and foster a love for learning.
• Assess and Support: Regularly monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer personalized support to ensure every student thrives academically and personally.
• Create Dynamic Resources: 
• Develop and adapt engaging learning materials to enhance understanding of key topics like Health and Well-being, Human Growth, and Health Promotion.
• Foster a Positive Environment: Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident to ask questions, participate actively, and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate for Success: 
• Work closely with your colleagues to deliver a seamless curriculum and support the school’s overall mission of academic excellence and student well-being.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• A passion for Health and Social Care education and a desire to inspire students to pursue careers in healthcare, social care, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Experience teaching Health and Social Care at the secondary school level is preferred, but not essential – we welcome fresh perspectives from new teachers too!
• A creative, adaptable teaching style, with the ability to cater to the diverse needs of students and keep them engaged.
