- Deliver exciting lessons in Health and Social Care topics such as Social Care Practices, Safeguarding, Medical Ethics, and Communication in Health and Social Care that spark curiosity and foster a love for learning.
- Assess and Support:Â Regularly monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer personalized support to ensure every student thrives academically and personally.

What You’ll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A passion for Health and Social Care education and a desire to inspire students to pursue careers in healthcare, social care, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at the secondary school level is preferred, but not essential – we welcome fresh perspectives from new teachers too!
- A creative, adaptable teaching style, with the ability to cater to the diverse needs of students and keep them engaged.
