FIND is a specialist staffing business servicing the Skills, Learning, and Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are representing a growing and ambitious training provider, offering apprenticeship training across various sectors, including Health & Social Care. Due to growth, we are seeking three qualified and experienced Health & Social Care Tutors. Job Title: Health & Social Care Tutor (x3)Location: Remote (Candidates based anywhere in England will be considered. Travel across the South, North, or Midlands may be required depending on location.)Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 (Flexible depending on experience) Ideal Experience/Qualifications:
  • D32/33/A1 equivalent (or similar qualification).
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET).
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
  • Occupational competence in Health & Social Care (up to Level 5) & Customer Service (Level 3).
About the Role:As a Health & Social Care Tutor, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching learners to achieve their apprenticeship qualifications. You will work closely with employers and learners to deliver engaging and impactful training and support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the Health & Social Care sector by helping the next generation of professionals develop their skills. What You’ll Do:
  • Empower Learners: Coach and support learners in their workplace to achieve apprenticeship goals.
  • Engage and Inspire: Work closely with employers and learners to deliver engaging, impactful teaching.
  • Tailored Support: Provide individualized support to ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet Targets: Achieve KPIs for starts, progression, timely achievement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide qualifications across various programmes while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Innovate and Improve: Collaborate with teams to continuously enhance the quality of our programmes.
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience and knowledge of delivering apprenticeship standards.
  • Experience in delivering digital skills, maths, and English, with a strong understanding of training and assessment delivery.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel and work across different locations as required.
 Essential Skills:
  • Up-to-date occupational competence in Health & Social Care (up to Level 5) and Community Health Worker (up to Level 3) standards.
  • Strong self-management skills for effective workload and caseload management.
  • Relationship management skills to develop and maintain productive relationships with your team, management, learners, and key stakeholders.
