Description

Provide excellent service to managers, colleagues and suppliers to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, contract production, learning events and payroll

  • Provide advice, solutions and a professional service
  • First point of contact for HR policies and processes
  • Process payroll & pensions, processing new starters, terms & condition changes, absences
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing in line with KPIs
  • Payroll validation checks utilising reports from payroll provider, identify discrepancies
  • Assist employee relations resolution through advice, using policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, maintaining the applicant tracking system, post job adverts, schedule interviews
  • Administrative support for Learning & Development, ensuring up to date learning and content

Profile

  • Previously worked in a HR function essential
  • Shared service administration desirable but not essential
  • Public sector knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Previous payroll administrative experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Highly organised and work to tight deadlines
  • CIPD desirable
