Your new role
In this role, you will conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for adults in need of early support. You will maintain accurate and timely records of interactions and progress and be part of a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals committed to making a positive impact in the community.
What you need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need strong assessment and intervention skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in social work, particularly with adults, and familiarity with early intervention strategies and community resources will be highly valued. Personal attributes such as empathy, compassion, strong organisational skills, resilience, and adaptability are crucial, along with a commitment to continuous professional development will be displayed by successful applicants.
