Pertemps is seeking qualified and experienced Social Workers for the Senior Social Worker position in the Pre-Birth Safeguarding Team in Birmingham.
The role offers a salary of £33.30 per hour and requires at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant team.
The postholder will conduct Pre-Birth Assessments, including CIN/CP pre-proceedings and court work, while managing a reduced case load of around 10 children.
Candidates must have strong knowledge of court processes, the ability to produce pre-birth assessments, SWETs, and Care plans, as well as SWE registration.

Social workers would be expected to carry a reduced case holding around 10 children and support the duty worker. Requirements:

Strong knowledge of court, an ability to produce pre-birth assessments SWETs and Care plans. Along with CPRS.
At least 2 years post-qualifying experience in relevant team
SWE registration
