Your new companyBirmingham City Council are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager to work within the EAB/ Discharge to Assess Teams/P2 Teams.
Your new roleAn exciting opportunity for 6 months has arisen to cover maternity leave within Discharge to Assess Teams/P2 based within various locations.Successful candidates will work across busy Multi-Disciplinary Teams, supporting a social work team to facilitate timely discharges from P2 beds.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will require a Social Work qualification (BA Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, CSS or CCETSW approved equivalent).
