As a Social Worker, you will:Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of UASC.Work closely with legal teams, Home Office, education providers, and healthcare professionals.Ensure access to appropriate accommodation, education, and emotional support.Support young people through the asylum and immigration process.Develop care plans that promote stability, safety, and long-term wellbeing.

What You Need:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Registration with Social Care England.Experience working with UASC, Looked After Children, or safeguarding teams.Strong knowledge of asylum legislation, human rights, and social care policies.A commitment to making a real difference in young people's lives.
