About the Role:We are recruiting for a Team Officer to join the Youth Offending Service in Birmingham, contributing to the delivery of impactful services aimed at preventing youth offending. You will work as part of a multi-agency team, ensuring timely interventions and offering support to young people, their families, and victims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement diversion programs from court.
  • Compile and present Pre-Sentence Reports and other essential documentation.
  • Provide supervision for Youth Rehabilitation Orders and license supervision for young people discharged from custody.
  • Design and deliver creative intervention programs to support positive outcomes.
  • Engage with young people, families, and communities, ensuring restorative practices are at the heart of your work.
  • Collaborate effectively with partner agencies and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in youth justice or related roles.
  • Strong communication and case management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, anti-oppressive services.
  • Knowledge of restorative justice practices is desirable.

Special Requirements:
